Yes, you can view messages currently held in quarantine in a couple of different ways without having to login. One method is through the use of a quarantine summary email, which can send you a single email digest containing recently quarantined email messages.

Microsoft Outlook users can also enable viewing of their message quarantine directly within their Outlook email application.
