If you are and end user, please view our frequently asked questions about the message center. Should you have questions or issues that are not addressed in those FAQ's, contact your email administrator as they are equiped to configure all aspects of your email protection systems.

If you are a postmaster in need of assistance, you can review our FAQ's relating specifically to the options available to you in the domain center. We also have a FAQ for postmasters on obtaining support.

For security purposes, MX Guarddog is only able to discuss support issues with the domain administrator for technical related issues.
