How do I cancel the service?
Thinking of canceling your service? If you are having a technical issue, please contact our support department we are always willing to help.
If you still find MX Guarddog is not for you, you can cancel the protection services for your domain anytime. You only need to remove our MX server records from your DNS server and you're done. Restoring your original MX records will direct your email to automatically stop flowing through the MX Guarddog servers. You do not even need to let us know if you plan to stop using the service, your account will automatically be removed from our servers 30 days after you change your MX records away from the MX Guarddog servers.

We have now deployed mxguarddog for five of our clients and use it on our own exchange server. Out of the box with no configuration it works brilliantly, the quarantine emails are great for the end user.
