How Do I Cancel the Service?

Thinking of canceling your service? If you are having a technical issue, please contact our support department we are always willing to help.

If you still find MX Guarddog is not for you, you can cancel the protection services for your domain anytime.

Steps to Close Your Account Safely

  • If you added any firewall or filtering rules at your network or server level to protect yourself from direct delivery attacks, remove them before taking any further action.
  • Remove our MX server records from your DNS server, restoring your original MX records will automatically stop the flow of email through the MX Guarddog servers.
  • Visit the domain management page and click next to the domain you wish to cancel the service.

One Last Thing. We Take Customer Privacy Seriously.

In order to comply with privacy laws from various countries and a customer's right to be forgotten we remove all customer data when an account is deleted. For this reason, ensure you download copies any invoices or receipts you may require for your accounting prior to deleting your account.

After you delete your account, we are unable to fulfill any requests for historical accounting information.

Kick Spamassassin's Ass! Thank you for offering such a needed service, I love it!

Jakz

We have now deployed mxguarddog for five of our clients and use it on our own exchange server. Out of the box with no configuration it works brilliantly, the quarantine emails are great for the end user.

This system outperforms many commercial spam filters we have sold in the past.

Engaging IT

We are using MX Guarddog on a few different domains and love it. It has helped tremendously with keeping our time on useful tasks rather than sifting through SPAM.

It seems to just get better and better as well. I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate the service.
